My body is my life, I earn a living with it. You may be surprised, but I need it to be a better footballer, and just like any good fan of the sport, having a fully-equipped gym at home is a must for me.
I combine my training and daily routine with a good diet without counting calories. I eat until I feel full. But yes, I always eat real food.
